Whether you're in a Wild Area or a Battle Zone, it really helps to pay close attention to where objects are in the area. Some Moves go through objects- others do not- and others still direct target. This applies to both your Pokemon and any Opponent.

The Catch Rates for many Pokemon can be frustrating sometimes though. More so if there are specific Pokeballs you'd like to use for them. But if not- Quick Balls and Repeat Balls are very helpful for more stubborn catches.
