Megamix had multiplayer too, but on the train land. Not the traditional multiplayer, but Groove should have the same multiplayer mechanics as Fever.

Maybe returning rhythm games like Karate man, Samurai slice and built to scale (even if built to scale doesn't appear on Megamix and in Tengoku is called polyrhythm)
